Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
AdmitFlow ("we", "us") provides a done-for-you WhatsApp admissions and fee desk for coaching institutes in India. This policy explains what personal data we handle and how, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Data you share on this website
When you request a pilot or contact us, we collect your name, institute name, city, WhatsApp/phone number, optional email address, the size of your institute and any message you write. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
We use this only to contact you about AdmitFlow, run the pilot you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form and can withdraw at any time.
2. Where it goes
- Form submissions are emailed to us (via our email provider) and may be saved in our own sales system.
- The website is hosted on Vercel or Netlify.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
3. Student and parent data handled for institutes
When an institute uses AdmitFlow, the institute is the data fiduciary and we act as its data processor. We process enquiry, student, parent and fee information only to run the institute's WhatsApp desk (replies, follow-ups, demo bookings, fee reminders, review requests, reports).
- Messages are sent only to people who contacted the institute or agreed to receive messages. Anyone can reply STOP to stop messages.
- Access keys and payment credentials are encrypted at rest; dashboards are protected by individual logins.
- When an institute leaves, its student and lead data is deleted within 30 days. Invoices are kept as required by tax law.
4. How long we keep your data
Website enquiries are kept for as long as we are in touch, and deleted after 24 months of no contact, or earlier if you ask.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to us at our contact email and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
