Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. The service
AdmitFlow sets up and runs a WhatsApp admissions and fee desk for your institute: automatic replies, follow-ups, demo-class booking, fee reminders with payment links, review requests, parent updates and reports, depending on your plan.
2. Free 14-day pilot
The pilot is free for 14 days. Either side can stop it at any time. If you don't continue, we switch the service off and delete your data within 30 days.
3. Plans and payment
- Plans: Starter ₹5,999, Growth ₹11,999 and Pro ₹19,999 per month, plus a one-time setup fee of ₹15,000, ₹20,000 or ₹25,000. GST is added where applicable.
- Monthly plans are prepaid, with a 3-month minimum after the pilot. Annual plans are billed for 10 months and run for 12.
- WhatsApp message charges levied by Meta are passed through at actual cost on your next invoice.
- If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date, automations are paused until it is paid. Your data is kept safely during the pause.
- Referral reward: one free month for each institute you refer that becomes a paying client.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the minimum term or the current paid period, whichever is later. Data is deleted within 30 days after the service ends.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep course, fee and timing information accurate; the bot answers from what you provide.
- Only add students and parents who agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from your institute.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. Bulk promotional broadcasts to people who did not opt in are not allowed.
6. No guarantee of results
We make sure enquiries get instant replies and timely follow-ups, and we report the real numbers every month. We do not guarantee admissions, revenue or Google ratings.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, payment gateways or AI providers.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
